Attribution
A referral must be recorded by Creem and convert within 180 days. Cookies must remain available on the buyer's browser and device. If there are multiple interactions, the affiliate in Creem's final attribution record receives the commission.
Refunds and cancellations
Full or partial refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and reversed transactions remove or reduce the related commission. Cancellation stops future renewal commission; cleared earnings from earlier valid payments remain eligible.
Payout eligibility
Creem requires KYC, a configured payout method, the 50 USD/EUR minimum, and its documented 7–12 day hold. Eligible withdrawals enter the next 1st-or-15th payout window.

How much do affiliates earn?
Affiliates earn a 30% recurring commission on eligible paid transactions attributed by Creem. Applicable platform deductions, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and currency or payout fees can affect the final amount.
How long does the FastQRMenu affiliate cookie last?
The FastQRMenu program is configured in Creem with a 180-day cookie. The visitor must purchase within that window, and tracking can be affected if cookies are blocked, cleared, or the visitor changes browser or device.
How does affiliate attribution work?
Creem records the referral link click and attributes an eligible purchase within the 180-day window. Where a buyer has more than one marketing interaction, the affiliate attached to Creem's final recorded attribution receives the commission. Creem's record is the source of truth; retroactive credit is only considered for a verifiable tracking error.
What happens to commission after a refund or chargeback?
Refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed payments do not qualify for commission. A full reversal removes the related commission, while a partial refund can reduce it proportionally. Cancellation stops commission on future renewals but does not remove cleared commission from earlier valid payments.
Does the Free package generate affiliate commission?
No. The Free package has no paid subscription, so it does not generate affiliate commission until the restaurant upgrades to Starter, Pro, or Business.

Creem manages tracking and payout reporting. Its affiliate dashboard shows clicks, unique leads, checkout starts, conversions, revenue, earnings, amounts on hold, and available balance.

Creem processes withdrawals in payout windows on the 1st and 15th after at least 50 USD or 50 EUR becomes available. Creem requires KYC and a payout method, and currently documents a 7–12 day hold before commission becomes available. Provider and currency-conversion fees may apply.
Which promotional methods are allowed?
Original SEO content, fair reviews and comparisons, videos, disclosed social posts, opt-in newsletters, and genuine client recommendations are allowed. Spam, false claims, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, unauthorized incentives, brand impersonation, and bidding on FastQRMenu trademark terms are not allowed.
What conversion evidence is available?
FastQRMenu does not yet publish an EPC or conversion-rate benchmark because the program is new and there is not enough verified data for a reliable claim. Each affiliate can see their own clicks, leads, checkout starts, conversions, revenue, and earnings in Creem. An anonymized benchmark can be published after a meaningful sample is available.
