FastQRMenu

FastQRMenu features

One menu. Two order routes. Use tables, WhatsApp, or both.

Restaurants and cafes can send table orders to a live dashboard. Supermarkets, bakeries, takeaway businesses, and shops can publish a no-table storefront for WhatsApp pickup and delivery. No customer app or account is required.

Paper-menu handling

Share one live menu. Update it without rebuilding your website.

What changes digitally

Prices, descriptions, images, category order, and item availability can be updated from the dashboard without printing new menu pages.

What remains physical

Table-service businesses still print and place QR codes. WhatsApp storefronts can simply share the public link on social profiles, messages, or an existing website.

Product proof

Features tied to a real workflow

Each capability below maps to the current owner or guest path. No promised savings percentage is needed to explain what the product does.

Digital menu control

Owners manage category order, item names, descriptions, prices, images, and availability from one browser workspace.

Public menu updates use the current category and item publish state.

Table-specific QR codes

Every active table can have a unique QR token, so submitted orders arrive with a numeric table number attached.

The QR token resolves the public table record before checkout.

Shareable business storefront

Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and shops can share one clean public link for their live menu or catalogue.

The checkout adapts to table service, pickup, or delivery from the saved business mode.

Live owner order board

New orders appear through a realtime Firestore listener, with sound alerts and status stages for service progress.

Statuses include new, accepted, preparing, ready, served, paid, and cancelled.

Guest order tracking

The confirmation flow provides a public tracking link that follows status updates without exposing the restaurant's private order workspace.

Tracking uses a limited public status mirror tied to the order ID.

WhatsApp pickup and delivery

No-table businesses can collect a customer name, phone, address, requested time, notes, and payment preference before opening WhatsApp.

The prepared message includes the cart, delivery fee, total, and a stable order reference.

Business branding

Owners can add their business identity and logo so the public menu is recognizable to the customer.

Branding is included on the Free plan as well as paid packages.

WhatsApp storefront

Take orders without tables

Supermarkets, bakeries, takeaway restaurants, and other shops can publish a menu link, collect pickup or delivery details, and hand the prepared order directly to WhatsApp. Table businesses can keep the live dashboard and optionally offer a WhatsApp copy after checkout.

FAQ

FastQRMenu features and limitations FAQ

What is FastQRMenu?+

FastQRMenu is browser-based menu and ordering software for restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries, food trucks, and local shops. Table-service businesses can assign a QR code to each table and receive orders in a live dashboard. No-table businesses can publish one storefront link for WhatsApp pickup and delivery.

Does FastQRMenu replace a paper menu?+

It can replace printed menu pages and repeated reprinting when prices or availability change. Table-service businesses still print their QR codes. WhatsApp storefront businesses can share the public link digitally without printing anything.

Do guests need an app or an account?+

No. Customers open a table QR code or shared storefront link, browse in their phone browser, add items, and check out. There is no customer app download or account creation.

How do I set up a business?+

Create an owner account, add the business profile and branding, then choose Table ordering, WhatsApp storefront, or Both. Publish menu categories and items. Table businesses create QR codes; WhatsApp storefronts add their destination number and enable pickup, delivery, or both.

Does every table get a different QR code?+

Yes when table ordering is enabled. Each table has a unique QR token so the order reaches the dashboard with the correct table. WhatsApp storefront businesses do not need to create any tables.

Can guests open the menu without scanning a table QR code?+

Yes. Every business has a public menu link. In table mode, customers can browse first and resolve their table at checkout. In WhatsApp storefront or hybrid mode, the plain public link supports pickup and delivery without table selection.

Do new orders appear in real time?+

Yes for table orders. They appear in the owner dashboard through a live listener with alerts and service statuses. WhatsApp storefront orders go directly to the configured WhatsApp conversation after the customer taps Send.

Can a guest track the order after checkout?+

Yes for table orders saved to the live dashboard. The confirmation flow creates a tracking link the guest can use to follow status changes. WhatsApp-storefront orders are confirmed in the WhatsApp conversation and do not create a FastQRMenu tracking record.

Can staff update an order from a phone?+

Table orders can be updated from the responsive owner dashboard on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. WhatsApp storefront businesses confirm and manage their pickup or delivery order inside WhatsApp.

Can customers send their order to WhatsApp?+

Yes. A business can run a WhatsApp storefront for pickup and delivery without creating tables, or add an optional WhatsApp copy after a table order is saved to the dashboard. WhatsApp storefront orders are not saved as dashboard orders first, so the customer must tap Send before the business receives anything.

Is this a WhatsApp Business API integration?+

No. FastQRMenu uses a prepared WhatsApp handoff link. The guest reviews and sends the message from their own WhatsApp app. FastQRMenu does not silently send the message and does not require the restaurant to configure the Meta WhatsApp Business API.

Is the Free plan time-limited?+

No. The Free plan has no time limit and does not require a credit card. It supports up to 3 tables or QR codes and up to 15 menu items. WhatsApp storefront mode, realtime table orders, notifications, and business branding are included.

What do the paid plans add?+

Starter is €12 per month and supports up to 10 tables with unlimited menu items and an editable public URL. Pro is €24 per month and supports up to 30 tables. Business is €45 per month and removes the table limit. Quarterly billing receives a 15% discount and annual billing receives a 25% discount.

Does FastQRMenu process online payments?+

No. FastQRMenu currently handles digital menus, table ordering, order status, and WhatsApp pickup or delivery handoff. Guests still pay using the business's existing process. Online payment processing is not included today.

Does FastQRMenu integrate with a POS system?+

No POS integration is available today. Table orders are handled in the FastQRMenu dashboard; WhatsApp storefront orders are handled in WhatsApp. If automatic POS, printer, inventory, or payment synchronization is required, FastQRMenu is not currently the right fit.

Can I use a custom domain?+

Editable public business URLs are available from Starter. Full custom-domain support is still being completed, so businesses should use their FastQRMenu public URL until the custom-domain flow is released.
