This guide follows the shortest path from a new owner account to a test order. Choose the order route that matches how the business works: table QR codes, a no-table WhatsApp storefront, or both.
Procedure
Complete the workflow in order
Publish the business profile
Add the business name, public URL, logo, currency, contact details, and open status.
Build the menu
Create active categories, add available items, and confirm prices and descriptions.
Choose the order route
Enable table ordering, WhatsApp storefront ordering, or both. Add tables for dine-in, or configure pickup and delivery for WhatsApp.
Place a test order
Use the public link or a table QR code, complete checkout, and verify the dashboard order or prepared WhatsApp message.
Verification
Confirm the expected result
- The public menu shows the correct business name and currency.
- Only active categories and available items are visible.
- Table mode sends the test order to the dashboard with the expected table.
- WhatsApp mode collects the chosen fulfillment details and prepares the correct message.
