FastQRMenu

Compatibility, clearly stated

What FastQRMenu connects to—and what it does not

FastQRMenu runs as a browser-based ordering layer for table-service and no-table businesses. WhatsApp storefronts prepare pickup or delivery messages, but FastQRMenu does not synchronize with POS, payment, printer, inventory, delivery-dispatch, or hotel property-management systems.

WhatsApp storefront and handoff

WhatsApp storefront mode prepares pickup or delivery details directly from the public business link, while table mode can prepare a copy after saving the dashboard order. The guest reviews and sends the message. This is not automatic messaging and does not require Meta Business API setup.

Browser and device compatibility

Customers order in a mobile browser. Owners use the dashboard or WhatsApp on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. The business needs a reliable internet connection but no dedicated FastQRMenu hardware.

Not connected today

These integrations are not part of the current product.

  • Restaurant POS systems
  • Online payment processors
  • Kitchen or receipt printers
  • Inventory and accounting systems
  • Delivery-driver dispatch or route management
  • Hotel property-management or room-charge systems

Public links and domains

FastQRMenu supports table-specific QR links and shareable business storefront URLs. Editable public URLs are available from Starter. Full custom-domain support is still being completed and should not be treated as live until the dashboard flow is released.

FAQ

What FastQRMenu connects to—and what it does not FAQ

Can customers send their order to WhatsApp?+

Yes. A business can run a WhatsApp storefront for pickup and delivery without creating tables, or add an optional WhatsApp copy after a table order is saved to the dashboard. WhatsApp storefront orders are not saved as dashboard orders first, so the customer must tap Send before the business receives anything.

Is this a WhatsApp Business API integration?+

No. FastQRMenu uses a prepared WhatsApp handoff link. The guest reviews and sends the message from their own WhatsApp app. FastQRMenu does not silently send the message and does not require the restaurant to configure the Meta WhatsApp Business API.

Is the Free plan time-limited?+

No. The Free plan has no time limit and does not require a credit card. It supports up to 3 tables or QR codes and up to 15 menu items. WhatsApp storefront mode, realtime table orders, notifications, and business branding are included.

What do the paid plans add?+

Starter is €12 per month and supports up to 10 tables with unlimited menu items and an editable public URL. Pro is €24 per month and supports up to 30 tables. Business is €45 per month and removes the table limit. Quarterly billing receives a 15% discount and annual billing receives a 25% discount.

Does FastQRMenu process online payments?+

No. FastQRMenu currently handles digital menus, table ordering, order status, and WhatsApp pickup or delivery handoff. Guests still pay using the business's existing process. Online payment processing is not included today.

Does FastQRMenu integrate with a POS system?+

No POS integration is available today. Table orders are handled in the FastQRMenu dashboard; WhatsApp storefront orders are handled in WhatsApp. If automatic POS, printer, inventory, or payment synchronization is required, FastQRMenu is not currently the right fit.

Can I use a custom domain?+

Editable public business URLs are available from Starter. Full custom-domain support is still being completed, so businesses should use their FastQRMenu public URL until the custom-domain flow is released.
